VFRES empowers the most vulnerable sections of society through free medical camps, skill development, women empowerment, child education, tribal development, and SHG formation — creating sustainable impact through inclusive development.

Vinayaka Fundamental Research and Education Society is a registered non-profit dedicated to transforming underserved communities through education, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods.

Based in Jharkhand with active partnerships across multiple states, we implement high-impact programs aligned with MEGA Skill, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, and state skill missions — delivering training, certification, placement, and post-placement support.

A visionary leader with deep roots in social development, Dr. Trivedi founded VFRES on the principle that skill and education are rights, not privileges. She has guided the organisation's growth from a single-centre initiative to a multi-state impact programme reaching over 29,000 lives. Her academic rigour combined with grassroots sensibility drives every strategic decision at VFRES.

Mr. Chaudhary brings strategic acumen and operational excellence to VFRES. With extensive experience in programme management and government scheme implementation, he oversees multi-centre delivery, stakeholder partnerships, and quality assurance across all training verticals. Mr. Shankar leads end-to-end programme delivery at VFRES, from mobilisation to post-placement support. With deep field experience across Jharkhand's rural districts, he understands community needs firsthand and translates them into effective training interventions. His hands-on leadership ensures trainees receive the best learning experience possible.

Mr. Vikash Kumar oversees the day-to-day operational excellence of VFRES centres. From logistics and resource management to trainer coordination and centre readiness, his meticulous approach ensures smooth programme execution. He is the backbone of VFRES's ability to run multiple parallel training cohorts with consistency and quality.

Mr. Rohit Kumar manages VFRES's flagship training centre in Ranchi, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. He is responsible for trainer management, student attendance, infrastructure upkeep, and timely reporting. His on-ground presence and problem-solving ability have made the Ranchi centre a model for other VFRES locations.

Mr. Azad Kumar Singh heads all placement and industry linkage activities at VFRES. He has built and nurtured relationships with over 50 employers across sectors, resulting in a placement rate exceeding 85%. His dedication to following up with placed candidates and ensuring retention makes VFRES's outcomes genuinely transformative.

Training Coordinator

Miss Divya coordinates the training calendar, trainer assignments, and curriculum delivery across all VFRES centres. Her attention to quality and her ability to mentor trainers has significantly improved assessment scores and certification rates. She also manages the feedback mechanism that keeps programmes aligned with industry requirements.

Community Outreach Lead

Miss Shivangi Shukla leads VFRES's mobilisation and community engagement efforts. She works directly with village communities, panchayats, and SHGs to identify beneficiaries and build trust. Her empathetic approach and communication skills have been instrumental in reaching first-generation learners who otherwise wouldn't access skill training.

MIS & Data Manager

Mr. Pawan Bhagat manages VFRES's Management Information System, data reporting, and documentation for government portals. He ensures all training data is accurately captured, validated, and submitted in compliance with scheme requirements. His technical proficiency keeps VFRES audit-ready and positions the organisation for continued programme approvals.
